February Favourites

Some things I've been loving lately;

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Facial Scrub and Purifying Mask.

I was a little wary of these products, as I dislike the scent of Palmer's Cocoa Butter, but was relieved to discover that the scrub and mask are not at all offensive to my senses. The mask is lovely and thick, and it goes on white, which really does make the whole mask experience more fun, doesn't it. It leaves my skin feeling smoother, and gets rid of dead skin. The scrub has a natural looking texture but isn't too harsh. I definitely recommend these, especially for flaky blemished skin.

VO5 Styling Wax

I'd been thinking about trying wax for sometime, and I must admit I chose this one on the advice of Ed Sheeran. We gingers stick together you know! I tend to have some pretty crazy flyaways and frizz happening, but this product makes me look less like Albert Einstein and more like a Victoria's Secret angel. Win!

OLAY Moisturising Cream for Sensitive Skin

I've had some pretty ugly breakouts recently, and tried all sorts of fancy treatments, but they only left me with extremely dry and flaky skin. I picked this up to try and put some nourishment back into my skin, and it has definitely helped. I love moisturiser in a pot like this, as you can choose the amount you want, as opposed to the amount the pump bottle wants you to have. The cream itself is pure white, which looks beautiful in the container. I love the simplicity of this product.

Urban Rituelle Soap in Green Tea, Frangipani and Peaches & Cream

These soaps smell DIVINE. Not only that, but they last a long time, with long lasting scent. These can  be expensive in gift type shops, but are only $3.25 from Urban Rituelle online, and are even less expensive in Mitre 10 of all places!
